- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies that align with clients’ goals and objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Programmatic Advertising: Oversee and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to display, video, native, and mobile. Leverage programmatic tools and technologies to reach target audiences effectively.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools and platforms to gather, interpret, and present performance metrics. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall digital marketing strategies.
- A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Apply findings to refine campaign approaches and enhance conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and account management, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with client objectives.
- New Business Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop a robust pipeline of prospects to expand the agency’s client portfolio.
- Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive and tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. Clearly communicate the agency’s value proposition, services, and capabilities to secure new business opportunities.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations on campaign performance and digital marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and programmatic advertising. Apply new insights to enhance campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Prior experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving traffic and booking growth through digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in web analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics.
