Sr. UI/UX Designer

Overview:

Sr UI/UX Designer takes a lead role in the design process and is responsible for creating and implementing design solutions that meet both user needs and business goals. They are more experienced and expected to be more autonomous than Jr designers, often mentoring and guiding them.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the design standards across the projects and team.
• Work with user research and translate insights from research to your designs.
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and clients.
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices and trending technologies.
• Provide support and internal training.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.

Requirements:

• Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, and prototypes.
• Experience with UX Research techniques: User interview, Usability test, Heuristic evaluation, Cognitive walkthrough.
• Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Marvel.
• Working knowledge of benchmarking.
• Working knowledge of Creating and Maintaining Design systems.
• Working knowledge of logo and brand identity design.
